Participation in any trip with our agency implies the unconditional acceptance by the customer of these General Terms of Participation.

### **TERMS OF PARTICIPATION**

1. **ORGANIZER (TRAVEL AGENCY)**
– The company **CD Travel**, Adamantiou Korai 19, 54249.

2. **CLIENT (TRAVELER)**
– The traveler participating in any of the CD Travel programs, either individually or as a member of a group, association, or company. Participation in a travel program implies acceptance of these terms of participation.

3. **TICKET PURCHASE – PARTICIPATION**

3.1 **Age Limits**: Customers must be over 18 years old to purchase a ticket. For minors, a signed declaration from guardians is required.

3.2 **Booking Procedure**: Reservations and ticket purchases can be made online, via email, or at our physical offices. Seat reservation requires ticket payment and acceptance of the terms of participation.

3.3 **Booking Time**: Participation requests are accepted up to a few hours before departure, provided there are available seats.

3.4 **Payment**: Full payment of the trip cost is required for participation. Deposits are not accepted.

3.5 **Bookings through Third Parties**: If the booking is made through a third party, that person is responsible for informing the traveler.

3.6 **Tickets**: Tickets serve as a single transport document. Tickets without a stamp are invalid and are only valid for the specified date and route.

4. **TRAVEL PRICES**

4.1 **Price Adjustment**: CD Travel reserves the right to adjust prices in case of changes in cost factors.

4.2 **Child Discounts**: Children aged 0-12 may receive discounted tickets.

4.3 **Student Discounts**: Special rates are offered to students upon presentation of a student ID.

4.4 **Disability Tickets**: Special rates are provided upon presentation of a disability card.

5. **ORGANIZER’S OBLIGATIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES**

5.1 CD Travel is responsible for the proper execution of routes. The company makes every effort to meet travelers’ expectations and to execute trips in the best possible way.

5.2 CD Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel routes without liability for compensation in cases of force majeure (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, technical problems).

5.3 Any modifications during the trip due to extraordinary events are the responsibility of the travelers.

5.4 Compensation for damage or loss of luggage is paid according to applicable regulations.

5.5 The company is not responsible for damage to hand luggage.

6. **TRAVELER’S OBLIGATIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES**

6.1 Travelers must demonstrate social behavior and understanding towards fellow travelers and organizers.

6.2 Travelers are responsible for timely arrival at meeting points. In case of delay and loss of the trip, there is no right to a refund.

6.3 Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal information when booking.

6.4 Travelers must have valid travel documents for international trips. CD Travel is not responsible for issues at border crossings.

6.5 Travelers are responsible for the contents of their luggage and may carry up to 2 pieces of luggage with a total weight of 20 kg.

6.6 CD Travel is not responsible for the loss of travelers’ personal belongings.

7. **CANCELLATIONS – MODIFICATIONS**

7.1 Requests for refunds are accepted up to 48 hours before the departure of the route. Otherwise, there is no right to a refund.

7.2 Tickets are non-transferable to another person. Each ticket is personal.

7.3 A change in the travel date can be made at least 48 hours before the trip, possibly subject to a special fee.
