You can make a reservation through our website, by sending an email or by visiting our offices. To reserve a seat, full payment of the ticket and acceptance of the conditions of participation are required.
We accept payments by credit/debit card, bank deposit, and cash at our offices.
Refund requests are accepted up to 48 hours before the departure of the itinerary. Otherwise, there is no right to a refund.
Yes, you can request a change of date at least 48 hours before the trip, with possible payment of a special fee.
In case of delay and loss of the trip, there is no right to refund. We recommend that you take care of your timely arrival at the meeting places.
Yes, we offer discounts for children from 0-12 years old and for students on presentation of a student ID.
Each passenger can carry up to 2 pieces of luggage with a total weight of 20 kg. Make sure you put tags with your full details on the luggage.
CD Travel is not responsible for the loss of personal items or damage to hand luggage. For any compensations, the applicable provisions apply.
CD Travel reserves the right to modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel itineraries due to force majeure (eg weather conditions, strikes, technical problems). In such cases, there is no liability to compensate travelers.
